Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to promote supplemental insurance products to small and medium businesses. You will receive training and support, meet business owners and decision-makers, and build a growing client portfolio within your designated territory.

You will interact with owners, benefits managers, and employees, delivering product presentations as needed.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check will be conducted.
• Active Driver's License required.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license required or willingness to obtain (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
• Attend calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local business owners.
• Build and nurture your client portfolio.
• Assist in setting monthly and quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your sales team manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
