Alleviation Enterprise LLC in Florida is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional to promote supplemental insurance products. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, conduct product presentations, and build your own client portfolio with the support of our training program.

No prior sales experience is required, though welcome. You will develop your skills in a structured environment with weekly draws, commissions, bonuses, and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience.

Responsabilités

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and working hours.
• Submit your schedule to your sales team manager weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
