Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious entry-level outside sales professional to join our team in Missouri. You will target small and medium businesses, meeting owners and decision-makers to promote supplemental insurance products and services.

Training is provided to help you succeed in a dynamic, competitive market. You will build a personal client portfolio, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with your sales manager to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Formación

• Entry-level outside sales role with training provided.
• A dedication to helping people and resilience.
• Background check required; driver’s license and reliable transport.
• License to sell Health & Life Insurance in your state (or willing to obtain).

Responsabilidades

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build a client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Meet with sales manager and team for updates and planning.
• Visit new businesses and develop relationships with local owners.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio.
• Set and pursue monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and report hours and activity daily.
