Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside direct sales professional to target small and medium businesses in the local territory. You will promote supplemental insurance products, interact with owners and decision-makers, and occasionally present to groups of 50–100+.

Training is provided to ensure success. We offer a pathway for growth with a disciplined, achievement-oriented culture, a weekly draw plus commissions, and renewal bonuses.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate and manage leads.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls/meetings with manager and team.
• Visit new businesses and build client relationships.
• Grow your own client portfolio and meet sales targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to the manager.
• Record daily activity and sales progress.
