ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in the Atlanta area. You will target 1–49 employee clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more, building new relationships and expanding services.

You’ll receive extensive sales training, work with cutting-edge sales tech, and compete for uncapped commissions and incentive trips as you grow your career in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• College degree optional; skills and drive matter most.
• 1–2 years of experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or similar, or military experience.
• Bonus points for quota-carrying experience.
• Ability to build a network and leverage social media for sales.

Responsibilities

• Close sales and hit goals within the defined geographic area.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and grow the business with new solutions.
• Expand relationships within existing accounts and cross-sell ADP offerings.
