ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in Charlotte, NC. You will target 1–49 employee businesses, sign new clients for payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and other ADP solutions, and grow relationships through in-field prospecting and strategic account development.

No prior sales experience is required as ADP offers industry-leading training and the latest sales technology to set you up for success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior work experience in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
• Military experience is valued and appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business within your defined geography by closing sales and hitting targets.
