ADP is hiring a Sales Representative for Small Business Services in the United States. You will target clients with 1–49 employees, identify new business, and expand relationships by selling payroll, tax, HR, benefits, and more.

You’ll spend your time in the field building relationships, setting appointments, and closing deals within a defined territory. No prior sales experience is required; ADP provides industry-leading sales training and the latest sales technology to set you up for success.

Qualifications

• College degree is not required; relevant skills valued.
• 1–2 years in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, or similar fields, OR military experience.
• Ability to cold call and present ideas clearly in multiple formats.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by closing sales and expanding within existing accounts.
• Identify and engage prospects in a defined geography targeting 1–49 employees.
• Present ADP solutions for payroll, tax, HR, benefits and more.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to achieve sales goals.
