Job summary

Epic, located near Madison, Wisconsin, seeks an Operations Center Technician to maintain business continuity by monitoring real-time alerts, managing access and security systems, and overseeing building operations from our Facilities Command Center.

You will identify and respond to incidents using video feeds and system data, coordinating with internal teams and emergency services to restore normal operations quickly and safely. Relocation assistance is provided for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
