Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician to maintain business continuity from our Facilities Command Center on the Madison, WI campus. You will monitor real‑time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations to respond to disruptions.

Relocation assistance is provided for candidates moving to the Madison area. As part of a national recruitment, you will work with internal teams and emergency services to ensure safety and rapid restoration of operations across

Qualifications

Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.
Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field.
Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
