Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician based in Madison, WI, with relocation to the area and relocation assistance offered. You will monitor real‑time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from our Facilities Command Center to maintain business continuity across Epic’s campuses.

You’ll identify issues via video feeds and data, coordinate emergency responses, and work with internal teams to restore normal operations quickly and effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, real‑time environment.
• Interest or experience in security operations or emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real‑time alerts and system data in the Facilities Command Center.
• Coordinate emergency responses and security operations with internal teams and services.
• Support building operations and ensure quick restoration of normal operations.
