Job summary

Epic, located near Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an Operations Center Technician to safeguard business continuity across campuses. You will monitor real-time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from the Facilities Command Center.

You will identify and respond to issues via video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses during disruptions, and work with internal teams and emergency services to restore normal operations quickly and safely.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high-volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shifts, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
