Qualifications

• Ability to work in a high-pressure, real-time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations or emergency response.
• Willingness to work 2nd/3rd shift and weekends.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is available.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time alerts and security systems from the Facilities Command Center.
• Manage access control and other building operations.
• Respond to incidents using video feeds and system data.
• Coordinate emergency responses with internal teams and emergency services.
• Support rapid restoration of normal operations after disruptions.
