Job summary

Epic is seeking an Operations Center Technician based near Madison, WI, with relocation support provided. You will monitor real‑time alerts, manage access and security systems, and oversee building operations from our Facilities Command Center to ensure business continuity.

You will identify issues using video feeds and system data, coordinate emergency responses, and work with internal teams and emergency services to quickly restore normal operations.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a high‑pressure, real‑time environment.
• Experience or interest in security operations, emergency response, or a related high‑volume field.
• Openness to 2nd and 3rd shift, as well as weekend days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (relocation assistance available).
• COVID-19 vaccination.
