SECU seeks an entry-level Associate MSO to support branch operations and deliver exceptional member service. You will handle routine duties, respond to inquiries in person and by phone, and begin training in lending and collections under supervision.

Expect to complete core modules, learn CXone, and grow knowledge of consumer products. This role emphasizes teamwork, compliance, and professional member engagement.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree or CCUE certification preferred.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for working with members and learning banking products.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist members in person, by phone, and digitally with courtesy and efficiency.
• Handle cash drawer, complete routine branch tasks, and maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Learn lending, collections, and basic consumer products with supervision.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance under SECU procedures.
• Process wire transfers, currency handling, and notary services as requested.
