Zusammenfassung

State Employees' Credit Union is hiring an entry-level Associate MSO to learn branch operations and deliver exemplary member service. You will respond to inquiries in person and by phone, handle cash-related tasks, and begin training in lending and collections under supervision.

You will participate in required training modules, learn to balance a cash drawer, and support daily branch procedures while upholding SECU policies and confidentiality.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferred – Bachelor’s degree, or CCUE Certification, or Associate of Arts/Science via NC-CTP.
• Demonstrates SECU core values.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust in the credit union.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional manner across service channels.
• Respond to member inquiries by telephone and in person including cash box management.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance and learn lending and collections at this level.
• Process wire transfers and foreign currency orders.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies and security procedures.
• Attend training programs and complete required modules.
