SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Officer to support branch operations and deliver exceptional member service. You will handle inquiries in person and by phone, assist with cash drawer tasks, and begin training in lending and collections under supervision.

You will complete core modules and participate in ongoing training while maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct. This role suits someone motivated by growth in credit unions.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing trust.
• Ability to learn core banking procedures and compliance.

Responsabilités

• Provide exemplary member service via in-person and phone interactions.
• Manage cash drawer, basic account origination and maintenance.
• Attend training; support lending and collections learning.
• Greet members professionally and assist with service requests.
• Process wire transfers and currency exchange; assist with notary services.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested.
