SECU is hiring an Associate Member Services Representative to support branch operations and deliver exemplary member service by phone and in person. You will perform routine transactions, assist with account origination and maintenance, and help manage cash and drive-through duties under supervision.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, accuracy, and teamwork, with training on CXone and exposure to advisory services. A high school diploma is required; further education is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree or related certification preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential member information and provide courteous service.
• Willingness to learn branch operations and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to member inquiries in person and by phone.
• Process transactions and balance cash drawer according to standards.
• Assist with account origination and maintenance and basic account opening tasks.
• Operate drive-through window and support other branch duties as needed.
• Follow security, privacy, and internal control procedures.
• Organize, file and scan documents; balance daily reports and logs.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS as requested; refer to financial products when appropriate.
