Job summary

The Associate Member Services Officer role at SECU is an entry-level position designed to build foundational branch operation knowledge. You will handle inquiries in person and by phone, manage cash drawers, and begin training in lending and collections under supervision.

You will participate in required training modules, learn CXone, and gain exposure to advisory and real estate products while upholding SECU core values and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Demonstrates SECU's Core Values.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence, respect, and trust.
• Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must complete the Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.
• Familiarity with branch operations and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attend training and complete core modules after E&E.
• Provide courteous member service by phone, in person or digitally.
• Perform basic branch duties including cash drawer balancing.
• Assist with notices, wire transfers, and notary services as needed.
• Learn lending and collections basics and support daily operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
