Job summary

SECU is seeking an entry-level Associate Member Services Representative to support branch operations and deliver exemplary member service by phone and in person. You will handle cash-related tasks, account maintenance, and assist across service channels.

Full training with core modules follows initial onboarding. This role emphasizes professional interaction with members and adherence to policies in a credit union environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrates SECU's Core Values.
• Aptitude for meeting people and developing member confidence.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Must complete Core Module Program within 12 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Attend New Employee Training (E&E) and the 10 Core Modules after E&E.
• Provide exemplary member service by responding to inquiries by telephone and in person.
• Balance a cash drawer and balance vault, ATMs, teller cash dispenser, and coin sorter.
• Greet and assist members in a courteous, professional, timely manner across in-person, phone, and digital channels.
• Process wire transfers and currency exchanges; assist with service requests and problem resolution.
