Job summary

The Associate Member Services Officer (MSO) at SECU is an entry-level role designed to build foundational knowledge of branch operations. You will perform routine duties, handle member inquiries by phone and in person, and learn cash handling, account origination, and maintenance under supervision.

You will participate in training modules, learn to assist with notary services, wire transfers, and basic lending concepts.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance a cash drawer and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members in person and on the phone.
• Handle cash box management and basic account maintenance.
• Assist with wire transfers and foreign currency orders.
