The Associate Member Services Officer (MSO) at SECU is an entry-level role designed to build foundational knowledge of branch operations. You will handle routine duties, respond to member inquiries in person and by phone, manage cash drawers, and assist with account origination and maintenance under supervision.

You will begin training in lending and collections, learn CXone, and explore Financial Advisory products. A professional appearance and punctuality are required.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; preferred Bachelor’s degree/CCUE/Associate degree via NC-CTP.
• Demonstrates SECU core values.
• Aptitude for meeting people and building member trust.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Complete Credit Union Core Module Program within 12 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Respond to member inquiries by phone and in person with courtesy and accuracy.
• Assist with cash drawer management, account origination and maintenance.
• Learn CXone and assist MSS/MSO team as needed.
• Process basic Notary Public services as requested by management.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill member requests.
