Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Bachelor’s degree required; valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily.
• Experience with world‑class sales training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians on clinical and patient benefits of products and drive prescriptions.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with CRM updates and follow‑ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets; plan routes and manage budgets.
