Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to launch a medical device sales career in healthcare. This is a pure hunter role in the field, calling on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics and building prescribing relationships from scratch.

You will prospect, educate clinicians, and drive new prescription volume while managing a territory pipeline in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
