Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to start a career in medical device sales. You will hunt in outpatient urology/ urogynecology clinics, build prescribing relationships, and own your territory from day one.

The role emphasizes disciplined prospecting, high call volume, and strong clinical messaging (training provided). A clear path exists to Territory Manager and beyond in a fast-growing medical sales team.

Qualifications

• You don’t need medical or clinical experience, but you must have a track record of winning in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Must be able to travel daily within the territory and hold a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits and clinical value.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline and maintain CRM data.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage the territory like a business.
