Job summary

IQVIA is building a team of Associate Territory Managers to enter medical device sales, calling on outpatient clinics and building a territory from scratch. You will develop relationships with physicians, clinicians, and staff while driving prescriptions of urinary management products in a high-energy, metrics-driven environment.

You will prospect daily, travel within your territory, and receive coaching on the clinical side to strengthen your messaging.

Qualifications

2–4 years of B2B sales with a demonstrated record of quota achievement.
Bachelor's degree required.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.

Responsibilities

Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
