Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to break into the medical device sales field. You will call on outpatient clinics, educate staff on product benefits, and build a personal territory with coaching to help you achieve prescribing relationships.

You’ll manage a territory, drive prescriptions, and aim to exceed targets in a highly metrics-driven, hunter role with clear growth toward Territory Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics within the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline using the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget responsibly.
