Responsibilities

• Prospect and call outpatient urology/urogynecology clinics in assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Maintain territory pipeline and CRM activity; manage data.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-ups with staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage expenses.
