Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least three years related experience.
• Must possess a valid Arizona Driver's License.
• IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Experience repairing computers/Chromebooks and knowledge of MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sr. User Support Technicians with computer repair and troubleshooting.
• Repair and maintain computers, Chromebooks, interactive boards, projectors, and IT equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to end users.
• Follow procedures and document system configurations.
• Respond to call-outs within agreed time limits.
