Job summary

You will set up computers, printers, and AV equipment, assist with account creation, and ensure software updates are deployed while serving as the first point of contact for IT needs at the facility. Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree in computer sciences or related field; bachelor's preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience as an IT service technician; manufacturing experience a plus.
• English communication skills required; experience with Epicor and Microsoft Office favored.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional end-user support for company systems and hardware.
• Set up, deploy, and replace computers and peripherals.
• Handle user onboarding and offboarding.
• Perform password resets, MFA resets, account unlocks, and basic Microsoft 365 administration.
• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN, and workstation network issues using documented procedures.
• Train users on security procedures and support audits for compliance.
