Arcfield is seeking an entry‑level IT intern or early‑career support professional. The role provides hands‑on experience assisting the IT team with end‑user technology needs and day‑to‑day operations.

You will support desktop, hardware, and software issues, handle support tickets, and interact with users both remotely and in person while documenting issues and learning standard IT processes.

Qualifikationen

• BS 0-2 years experience or HS 6-8 years experience.
• Pursuing or completed Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• Basic understanding of Windows 10/11, desktop support, and common end-user issues.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• General networking basics: Wi‑Fi, IP addresses, printers, connectivity issues.
• Willingness to learn, follow IT procedures, and communicate effectively.
• Positive, proactive attitude; capable of hands-on setup and day-to-day IT support.

Aufgaben

• Support desktop and office applications, hardware, peripherals, and basic troubleshooting.
• Assist with laptop setup, respond to support tickets, and help users remotely or in person.
• Document common issues and learn standard IT support processes.
• Learn and contribute to a broad IT foundation including networking, Linux, infrastructure, or system administration.
