Job summary

Arka Innovate is seeking an experienced Help Desk / Field Technician to provide onsite and remote IT support for our Credit Union client base. The role requires troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, supporting end users, and traveling to branch locations for installations and support.

You will manage Active Directory users, deploy software updates, and ensure security policy compliance while maintaining accurate asset inventory.

Qualifications

8+ years in Help Desk, Desktop or Field Services with Windows 10/11.
Strong AD and Microsoft 365 administration experience.
Proficient with remote support, ticketing systems, and basic networking.
Excellent communication and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

Help Desk & End User Support via phone, email, remote tools, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, and remote access issues.
Travel to branch offices to provide onsite technical support.
Install, configure, and deploy IT equipment; manage AD user accounts; deploy updates and security.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation; ensure security compliance.
