This hands-on role supports end users, office infrastructure, and field technology across our operating company in a hybrid environment, collaborating with local teams to learn the systems and standards of a multi-entity organization.

Ideal for someone early in their IT career, with 0-3 years of experience, who is eager to grow technical skills.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years IT support or related role.
• Basic understanding of Windows, Mac, productivity software, and networking.
• Onsite presence 5 days per week with field travel.
• Strong written and verbal communication under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and grow technical skills quickly.
• CompTIA A+ preferred but not required.
• Experience in utility/construction industry preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on and remote end-user support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and mobile devices.
• Support basic office and site network infrastructure under guidance.
• Assist users with field software (GIS, project management, safety apps); escalate as needed.
• Assist with user accounts and device management using AD and Intune under supervision.
• Accurately triage tickets, resolve simple issues, route complex ones with context.
• Follow IT standards; escalate non-compliant requests to senior staff.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ITSM system.
• Communicate professionally with end users and field staff; maintain calm under pressure.
