Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc is seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction projects across the United States. You will learn to manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and assist with submittals, RFIs, and logs while gaining practical field insight.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management and have at least one year of related experience; strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience that is equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure policies are followed.
• Maintain change orders, submittal, and drawing control logs.
• Prepare logs and other documentation for construction meetings.
• Create and issue subcontractors’ contracts and owner/maintenance manuals.
