Job summary

Rosendin Electric is seeking an entry-level Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management team on active construction projects in the United States. You will learn and grow while contributing to the planning, documentation, and coordination essential to project success.

You will handle submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and log maintenance while coordinating with subcontractors and field personnel to ensure timely information flow and adherence to project standards and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Oracle preferred.
• Knowledge of construction technology, scheduling, and methods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to interact with managers, employees, vendors, and others.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure policies and standards are met.
• Maintain change orders, submittals, and drawing control logs for meetings.
