Job summary

Rosendin is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Texas to support project management on active construction sites. You will help manage documents, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist in preparing submittals and logs.

This entry-level role offers growth within a large, employee-owned company. You’ll learn to track scheduling, quality plans, and project logistics while collaborating with Project Managers and field teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
• Oversee project activities as assigned by the Project Manager and ensure policies and standards are followed.
• Maintain change orders and document control logs for construction meetings.
• Prepare logs and other project documentation for meetings.
• Assist in creating contracts and delivery of manuals.
