Brabo Payroll is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to join our sales team in Palm Harbor, FL. This entry-level role focuses on outbound prospecting to introduce payroll solutions and book meetings in an inside sales capacity.

Qualifications

• Interest in starting a career in sales or business development.
• Strong communication skills and comfort talking on the phone.
• Self-motivated with a positive, persistent attitude.
• Organized and able to manage follow-ups and tasks.
• Experience with CRM tools is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to prospective clients (100 cold calls minimum daily)
• Identify and research companies and key decision-makers
• Introduce our services and generate interest through clear, confident communication
• Keep CRM records up to date with outreach and activity
• Consistently hit weekly and monthly activity and meeting-setting goals
• Work with the sales and marketing team to improve messaging and outreach
• Conduct meetings via zoom with prospects
• Maintain accurate records and activity in Salesforce
• Attend team meetings, trainings, and ongoing development sessions
• Support the implementation and onboarding process for new clients
