Genesis-Global-Group is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative to drive lead generation and sell our job board services to businesses. You will build a robust sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction.

This role is an office/field-based position in New Jersey, offering training and growth opportunities while earning a base salary with commission potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of field sales experience preferred, in a commission-based structure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet monthly revenue goals.
• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct product demonstrations via web or in-person meetings to show how the job board solves hiring challenges.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Marketing to ensure a superior client experience.
