Job summary

TransUnion LLC is seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative in Pennsylvania. You will conduct outbound calls, book product demos, and document activities in Salesforce, with training across product and sales. You will work with Account Executives and Managers to understand vertical markets and hand off opportunities for onboarding.

The role reports to the Sales Manager in Sales Leadership. A Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years inside sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship experience in inside sales.
• Demonstrated aptitude in sales or marketing techniques with proven ability to cultivate customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conducts ~60 outbound sales calls per day to leads, accounts applying for access, and existing accounts.
• Drive customer interest and book a product demo.
• Documents all activities in Salesforce to manage sales activities and follow-ups.
• Build working knowledge of how to position and sell TLOxp.
• Collaborate with sales manager to drive detailed sales campaigns and uncover leads.
• Handoff new opportunities to Account Executive team for onboarding.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with TransUnion staff and teams.
• Learn Fair Credit Reporting Act, Driver's Privacy Protection Act, and Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act through internal training.
• Reconnect with uncontacted leads; receive inbound calls and book demos for qualified prospects.
• Disqualify leads that do not meet TransUnion requirements.
• Use consultative sales process to identify needs and offer TLOxp.
