Job summary

UniFirst, a global leader in uniform rental and facility service solutions, is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative in Lafayette, LA. You will prospect, present, and close multi-year service agreements with business clients across industries, using cold calling, referrals, and in-person visits.

Expect a base salary plus uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, a monthly car allowance and fuel card, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Willing to take coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads in a defined territory.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations.
• Develop proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM with client activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams for onboarding.
