Qualifications

• 0–2+ years of B2B sales experience in relevant sectors.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads within a defined territory.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas; collaborate with service/operations teams for onboarding.
