At Atlassian, our Solutions Engineering Team partners with Enterprise Sales and Channel Partners to understand customer needs, strategise on enterprise sales cycles, and support Proofs of Value to unleash team potential.

The role focuses on customer discovery, tailored demos, PoC development, and ongoing product expertise, with collaboration across internal teams to drive transformational deals and clear differentiators in competitive scenarios.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering or pre-sales for large strategic accounts.
• Proven ability to present to senior stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery to assess challenges, goals and requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations and address objections with storytelling.
• Develop PoC environments and lead interactive workshops aligned with customer goals.
• Stay updated on Atlassian roadmap and pursue relevant certifications.
• Collaborate with account managers and product teams to drive transformation deals.
• Articulate Atlassian differentiators in competitive scenarios.
• Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to engage customers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science, or related field

MBA or advanced technical degree (preferred)
