Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer who is passionate about becoming a product expert in the sales cycle, solving our customers' hardest business problems with our products, and helping close enterprise deals. You’ll partner with account teams, lead value-based demonstrations, and map customer needs to Atlassian solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to multi-level audiences.
• Able to translate complex business problems into Atlassian solutions.
• Comfortable in both business and technical discussions with executives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to understand the customer's current state and map to Atlassian products.
• Lead value-based demonstrations, standard and customized.
• Identify cross-product opportunities and customer pain points.
• Collaborate with sales to support enterprise deal closure.
• Document feedback and advocate for product improvements.
