The role emphasizes storytelling, executive-level communication, ongoing certification, and staying current with roadmaps.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 4+ years in sales engineering or pre-sales for large strategic accounts.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Willing to travel occasionally (travel requirement).
• Excellent written and verbal communication, relationship-building, and storytelling.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough customer discovery to assess challenges, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing objections and align with customer vision.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and lead workshops showcasing features and workflows.
• Stay updated on Atlassian's roadmap, pursue certifications, and refine pre-sales knowledge.
• Collaborate with account managers and product teams to drive transformation deals.
• Build understanding of competitors’ offerings to articulate differentiators.
• Experiment with innovative pre-sales approaches to engage customers.
