Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Business Development Director, Integrated Solutions, to drive enterprise-level sales across the Americas. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to execute regional GTM plans, build senior-level customer relationships, and expand adoption of integrated bioprocessing workflows.

You will qualify and close complex opportunities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and translate customer needs into differentiating value propositions that generate long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for Integrated Solutions.
• Create regional partnership strategies with customers, engineering firms, and system integrators.
• Identify and close complex, enterprise-level solution opportunities.
• Build relationships with customer executives and senior technical leaders.
• Position integrated bioprocessing solutions to meet workflow, productivity, and lifecycle needs.
• Lead the development of compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Service, and Field Applications post-close for successful execution.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and adoption.
