Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, biotechnology, biochemical engineering, or related technical discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial or business development in biopharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences industries.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-level solution sales from opportunity development to contract award.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional go-to-market plans for Integrated Solutions with Sales and Marketing.
• Create regional partnership strategies with customers, engineering firms, system integrators, and collaborators.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, and close complex solution-based opportunities for long-term revenue.
• Build relationships with executives and key decision-makers across organizations.
• Position integrated bioprocessing solutions addressing workflow, productivity, and lifecycle needs.
