Job summary

Repligen Corp in the United States seeks a Senior Director to lead an regional team and accelerate global growth through integrated bioprocess solutions. You will work with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations to deliver customer-centric value and guide complex multi-product opportunities.

You will coach leaders, build partnerships, and represent Repligen at executive levels while fostering accountability and collaboration across regions. Travel up to 50% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of commercial sales experience in biopharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Proven success leading enterprise-level solution sales initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global growth strategy for Integrated Solutions.
• Lead and develop regional Business Development Managers.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations and Exec Leadership.
• Drive adoption of integrated bioprocess workflow solutions and revenue growth.
