Job summary
Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Director, Integrated Solutions to drive global growth through enterprise-level bioprocessing solutions. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotech, or related field.
- 12+ years of commercial sales or business leadership in biopharma or life sciences.
- 3+ years of people leadership and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience selling enterprise-level, multi-product solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global Integrated Solutions growth strategy.
- Lead and develop regional Business Development Managers.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations to capitalize on opportunities.
- Drive adoption of integrated bioprocess workflow solutions and recurring revenue.
- Manage executive engagements and strategic account planning.
