Accenture is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Software Sales to own end-to-end revenue for a product cluster and geography. You will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, coordinate a small team of sales professionals, and work closely with client account teams and partner networks to position and sell our software portfolio.

You will engage COO/CFO/CRO-level buyers, negotiate terms, and drive go-to-market strategies while building strong client relationships and ensuring pipeline

Formación

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or a closely related commercial role.
• Proven track record selling software solutions to large enterprises; familiarity with SaaS, licenses and managed services.
• Experience leading consultative sales conversations and engaging executive stakeholders across organizations.
• Ability to build executive-level business cases linking investments to measurable outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver annual software sales targets (TCV) for an assigned cluster and market.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles from origination through close with C-suite buyers.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing and contracts with legal and deal desk involvement.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources and internal specialists to accelerate pipeline velocity.
• Identify, onboard and manage technology and channel partners for pipeline origination and co-selling.
• Provide day-to-day direction to a small team of sales professionals (2–4).
• Maintain deal data in CRM and produce weekly pipeline/forecast reports for senior leadership.
