Paycom is a publicly traded HR and payroll tech company. This role as a Sales Representative lets you own the market from Day 1, prospect, open doors, and close deals in fast-paced B2B SaaS sales. Expect a base plus supplemental pay and uncapped commissions as you build a high‑earning career.

Travel is required; you’ll interact with C-suite leaders and drive Paycom’s HR software adoption, with strong training and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or selling is preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in B2B sales handling complex processes across multiple channels.
