Paycom is seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to own the full sales cycle in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You will prospect, engage C-suite decision-makers and close deals in HR software solutions.

Top performers earn well above base salaries with uncapped commissions. This role requires travel and a strong commitment to building pipelines and mastering enterprise sales techniques.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (business or professional selling preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. This role is not eligible for sponsorship.
• Experience in B2B sales, handling complex processes and facilitating several touchpoints over multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from cold prospect to closed deal.
• Get in front of C-suite decision-makers and show them how Paycom solves HR headaches.
• Top-performing reps build pipelines through prospecting, networking and follow-through.
• Become an expert in enterprise software sales and modern B2B/SaaS sales strategies.
• Travel required — includes overnight travel.
